Chuck Billy, singer for thrash legends TESTAMENT, has recorded a short video message for all fans around Germany and the surrounding countries the band will tour in March.

TESTAMENT will tour Europe in support of their latest studio effort, „Dark Roots Of Earth“, which was released in Summer 2012 and marked the band’s highest chart entries around the world.
